Eupatorium hyssopifolium | hyssop-leaved boneset

Native to the southern edge of New England, this is another wonderful species for sandy or well-draining sites. Reaching 1-3 feet tall with fine, needle-like foliage, this species offers great pollinator support with clouds of white flowers in late summer. A true stunner when planted in large drifts. Best in full sun, tolerant of dry soils and part shade. We love this with little bluestem, butterfly weed, a stiff-leaved aster.
